Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Dezzle AI Support Platform, operated by Nan Ning Shi Zuo An Ke Ji You Xian Gong Si Co., Ltd.

Core policy: All purchases of Dezzle AI Compute Credits constitute the acquisition of digital assets and cloud computing service credits. Once a purchase has been completed and the Compute Credits have been activated or consumed in your account, the purchase is non-refundable, except in the case of a verified platform system fault on our end.

1. Nature of the Purchase

Compute Credits are digital assets and cloud computing credits (Digital Assets and Cloud Computing Credits). Their value is immediately redeemed upon account activation. Because the digital service is delivered instantly and consumption begins at the moment of activation, we are unable to recover or reissue credits once they have been applied to an account.

This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital software services and cloud computing platforms globally, including under the EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m) (digital content exception) and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

Initiating a credit card chargeback for purchases that do not meet the eligible refund criteria above constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and pursue recovery through our payment processor dispute resolution process. We maintain full transaction logs and API usage records to support dispute responses.
