Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dezzle AI Support Platform ("Service"), operated by Nan Ning Shi Zuo An Ke Ji You Xian Gong Si Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

The Dezzle AI Support Platform is a digital software service (Digital Software Services) that provides AI-powered customer support infrastructure, including LLM-driven chat agents, real-time translation, ticket routing, and metered API access. All plans are denominated in Compute Credits — digital service units that are consumed per AI response.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal authority to enter a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. Use of the Service is not permitted in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@dezzle.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Compute Credits and Billing

Compute Credits are purchased in advance and represent your right to consume AI processing resources on our platform.
Credits are consumed per AI response according to the rate schedule in your account dashboard.
All purchases are processed in USD via credit card or authorized payment methods.
Credits do not expire for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or deceptive content;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract model weights or system prompts;
Circumvent rate limits or use automated scraping tools not authorized by us;
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, AI models, trademarks, and documentation remain the exclusive property of the Company. Your inputs and the outputs generated for your account remain your property, subject to the license you grant us to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may require human review.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they shall be submitted to the relevant court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
